What we process
Server logs. When the pages are accessed, technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser and system details) is processed briefly to ensure secure, stable operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact. If you contact us by email or form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, optionally phone and address, and your message) solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Newsletter. On sign-up we process your email address to send professional updates. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Customer Area. The protected area is secured by password (one shared access password). No personal profiles are created.
No cookies, no recognition
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and embeds no social-media plugins and no ad networks. Nothing is stored on or read from your device; a cookie banner is therefore not required.
Audience measurement
To understand which content is read, we use Plausible Analytics — cookie-free web analytics running on our own infrastructure in the European Union (statistics.lightwaves.io, operated by Lightwaves as our processor). The data does not leave the EU and is not passed on to third parties.
Only aggregate information is recorded: the page visited, the referring source, the country of origin, device type, browser and operating system. No cookies are set and no cross-device identifiers are created. Your IP address is processed only briefly, to derive a daily, non-reversible counting value, and is not stored. Individual visitors are not identifiable to us, and no profiles are created.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a data-minimising analysis of how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting
The website is hosted on bunny.net (Bunny) in data centres within the EU. The provider processes the server logs above as a processor, bound by instructions. Contact-form submissions are processed via the EU form service forms.lightwaves.io and delivered to info@cubedx.com.
Recipients
Your data is not shared for advertising purposes. Any processors used (hosting, and optionally a form or newsletter service) process data strictly on instructions and within the EU.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as legally required — server logs briefly, contact requests until resolved, newsletter data until withdrawal.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority. For any matter, reach us at info@cubedx.com.
Minors
This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16.
Changes
We will update this statement as needed to reflect changes in the law or new features.
